Ajax Baseline MotionCam Outdoor HighMount (PhOD)

TheMotionCam Outdoor HighMount PhOD wirelessmotion detector sends a notification as soon as a presence is detected on the two passive infrared sensors, using a unique two-step signal analysis algorithm.

Correlation analysis: When MotionCam Outdoor HighMount PhOD detects motion, the signal shapes from the two sensors are analyzed and compared in real time. If the signal shapes are similar, the alarm is triggered.

Spectrum analysis: If both sensors detect motion, but the correlation analysis does not find sufficient similarities, the frequency components in the signals from both sensors are compared.

MotionCam Outdoor HighMount PhOD featuresthe Wings radio protocol for two-way communication to send photos and large amounts of data. This protocol is necessary for the built-in camera for photo verification. It is also possible to receive a photo on demand or via a scenario (PhOD - Photo On Demand).

The anti-mask detection automatically calibrates by analyzing the environment when the detector is placed on the bracket. If obstacles are detected, this will be detected and reported.

The motion detector is installed at a height of 2 to 4 m and has a range of 15 m.
