Shipping and payment

All prices shown in our online store are excluding VAT you will receive a VAT invoice to your name upon purchase. You can purchase all items in our store by paying securely via iDEAL, Credit Card, Paypal, Mr.Cash or prepayment by bank.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

When your order is received by us you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If payment is received, we will strive to ship the item the same day and send you the invoice by email. If you have the option to buy on account with us you will receive the invoice as soon as your order is shipped by us.

PRODUCT (TEMPORARILY) OUT OF STOCK

If a product is not in stock (whether temporarily or not) we will inform you by email about the possibilities regarding the order you have placed, if desired we will create a backorder for you.

SHIPPING

Standard shipping takes place via GLS, shipping costs are indicated separately on your invoice.

We will email you the track & trace number on the day of shipment so you can track the shipment on the GLS website.

ORDERING WITHOUT VAT FROM THE EU

For customers who make a business purchase and are located outside NL but within the EU we can deliver without VAT (intra-community). For this you have to provide us with your VAT number and your registration details of the Chamber of Commerce.
