The Dahua IPC-SDT4E425-8P-GB-APV1 is an advanced panoramic PTZ camera from the X-Spans series that combines a 180° field of view with a powerful 25x optical zoom. Thanks to its dual image sensors, you get both a complete overview of the area and detailed close-ups of people or vehicles. This makes the camera ideal for securing large outdoor areas such as industrial sites, logistics centers, parking lots, ports, solar parks, and construction sites.

The fixed panoramic camera features an 8-megapixel sensor with a 180° field of view, while the integrated PTZ camera is equipped with a 4-megapixel STARVIS™ CMOS sensor and a 25x optical zoom (5–125 mm). This allows the camera to automatically track a suspect while continuously maintaining the overview image.

Thanks to Auto Tracking 3.0 and Smart Tracking, people and vehicles are automatically tracked, ensuring that no important moment is missed. The built-in WizSense AI technology reduces false alarms by distinguishing between people, vehicles, and other objects. In addition, the camera offers perimeter security with intelligent detection of, among other things, line crossing and intrusion detection.

The integrated TiOC (Three-in-One Camera) technology combines video surveillance, active deterrence, and intelligent detection into a single system. In the event of a verified intruder, the camera can automatically activate a powerful white LED light and a siren to immediately deter unwanted visitors.

For optimal performance in all lighting conditions, the camera is equipped with Smart Dual Light+. By default, the camera uses infrared lighting, then automatically switches to white LED lighting as soon as a person or vehicle is detected. This ensures that incidents are captured in color and with maximum detail. The panoramic camera has an IR range of 30 meters, and the PTZ camera reaches up to 100 meters.

The camera supports Smart H.265+, H.265, and H.264 compression, significantly saving storage space and bandwidth without compromising image quality. It also supports microSD storage up to 512 GB, ONVIF, and PoE for easy integration into existing security systems.
