The Ajax ReX AJ-REX/Z is a wireless signal booster for Ajax alarm systems. The range extender increases the communication range between the Ajax Hub and connected wireless Ajax devices, ensuring that sensors and other components can continue to communicate reliably even in larger buildings or hard-to-reach locations.
The ReX communicates via the Jeweller radio protocol and acts as an additional link between the Hub and compatible Ajax components. This makes the range extender suitable for homes, commercial buildings, warehouses, and other installations where the Hub’s direct wireless range is insufficient.
Configuration is simple via the Ajax app. Thanks to its internal backup power supply, the ReX remains operational even during temporary power outages.
The black version is suitable for installations where a dark and discreet finish is desired.
