The RG-AirMetro550G-B is a powerful wireless access point, specifically designed for stable and scalable long-range radio connections. This base station operates in the 5.15 GHz to 5.85 GHz frequency band, making it flexible for use in various network environments and less susceptible to interference. Thanks to its proprietary TDMA-based protocol, available bandwidth is efficiently allocated, ensuring low latency and a stable connection, even with multiple connected clients.

The RG-AirMetro550G-B is equipped with 2 SMA connectors, allowing external antennas to be connected. This offers maximum flexibility when designing network setups and makes it possible to optimally tailor the range and coverage to the specific situation.

With an IP55-rated housing, the device is suitable for outdoor use and resistant to various weather conditions. This makes it a reliable choice for long-term installations in both urban and industrial environments.
